  From the first point of enquiry to handing back the items, everything was fantastic!
Great responses and super easy to communicate with.
As a family we pay for convenience as we wanted the easiest way to enjoy our holiday. We originally enquired about a ‘next to me crib’ for our 4 month old. We organised this then went back and ordered a bouncer as well. Everything was clean and tidy, couldn't fault it!
Kostas was easy to communicate with and met me at reception with the items and showed me how to use everything. Likewise on the return, super easy handover.

I cannot recommend them enough. Saved us lugging all the stuff from home and was inexpensive!!

  Kostas and the team provided excellent service. We communicated over email and the bouncy chair I rented was dropped off at the hotel we stayed in on the day we arrived and picked up when we checked out. The chair was in great condition.   We rented a car seat for our baby for the duration of our trip in Crete.  And we cannot recommend this business enough!  We were super satisfied with the communication and with the item we rented.  The car seat was delivered to our hotel so we could use it immediately.  The item was also in a very good condition and clean, unlike the car seat that was offered to us by the car hire company.  We highly recommend using the services of Babies Go Light!  They made our holiday easier and our baby comfortable and safe all through our trip in Crete.

  Merveilleuse expérience et quelle idée formidable ! J'ai pu louer une poussette (géniale en plus) ainsi qu'une plateforme à roulettes pour mon 1er enfant. Tout est simple, ils sont arrangeants et agréables ! J'ai pu récupérer ma poussette en descendant de l'avion et je l'ai rendue avant de partir. Un vrai bonheur de voyager léger et de pouvoir compter sur le sérieux et la disponibilité de cette équipe. Merci encore !

What is Babies Go Light and How does it work?

Babies Go Light provides you with baby and early childhood equipment for rent at really low cost in order to enjoy your stress free vacation at Crete.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website’s booking system, our live chat assistance or via email at askme@babiesgolight.com. Just provide the details of your rental period and the items you need.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. We have noticed through all these years that availabilty can change rapidly.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, our minimum rental period is 3 days.

How will I receive my rented equipment?

Your rented equipment is able to be delivered to you in many ways.

Concerning the city of Heraklion, including it’s airport, the items will be delivered to you personally.

Sometimes depending your place of stay we can deliver personally even outside of Heraklion city. Please feel free to ask us so.

Regarding the rest region of Crete items can be delivered either with the local Cretan bus service where you can pick them up from their facilities.

We kindly remind you that the time interval chosen at the time of reservation is relative and we always contact you moments after reservation or a few days before to agreed time of delivery properly.

What are your delivery and pickup hours?

We are available 24/7 but everything is relative to our schedule.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivering in Heraklion city, including it’s airport, is free of charge.

Delivering to major cities, Chania, Rethymno, Agios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Sitia, Moires, with a third party delivery and self pick up/ drop off from their facilities costs 15 euro.

Delivering personally to your place of stay is subject to our schedule and distance. Please feel free to ask us so.

Do you offer any discounts or special packages?

We offer a -20% discount for families which need 2 or more strollers.

Can I extend my rental period if needed?

Yes, you can extend your rental period based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.

Which are the Health Safety Measures taken by Babies Go Light?

We take seriously the hygiene and decontamination processes. Depending on the item we use proper cleansing methods such as soap washing, alcoholic wipes as well as steam cleaners.

What kind of equipment is available for renting?

With Babies Go Light you are able to rent from strollers to playpens and several room amenities as well as toys. Search among dozens of baby and early childhood equipment and in case you cannot find what you need just contact us. We have chosen for you and your family top quality products available to rent in low cost.

I cannot find what I want to rent. What can I do?

You can always contact us and ask whatever you need! Call us or send an email to askme@babiesgolight.com and describe your needs. We will serve you the best way we can!

Is there a flexible cancellation policy?

To cancel your contract with us you must notify us in writing, by email in the address askme@babiesgolight.com and write us information about the bank account you want us to return the amount charged. In case you cancel your order or part of it: a) A week before the agreed pickup date there are no charges b) 5 days before the agreed pickup date you will be charged with the 25% of the initial amount minus delivery cost c) 48 hours before the agreed pickup date we will only return the delivery cost. The entire rental period will be charged regardless of the events that reduce the number of days of use of equipment, and even in case of early return.
