How do I place an order?
How far in advance should I book my rental?
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, our minimum rental period is 4 days.
How will I receive my rented equipment?
What are your delivery and pickup hours?
We are available 24/7 but everything is relative to our schedule.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivering in Heraklion city, including it’s airport, is free of charge.
Delivering to major cities, Chania, Rethymno, Agios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Sitia, Moires, with a third party delivery and self pick up/ drop off from their facilities costs 10-20 euro. Depending if you choose to drop off in the same way.
Delivering personally to your place of stay is subject to our schedule and distance. Please feel free to ask us so.
Can I extend my rental period if needed?
Yes, you can extend your rental period based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.
